Third Grade Team

Crystal Diaz, Third Grade Co-Teacher

Ms. Diaz earned her B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Childhood Education from Lehman College, and earned her Masters of Science in Childhood Education and Special Education from Metropolitan College of New York. She is certified to teach General Education grades 1-6 in New York. This is her second year teaching at Harlem Link. Ms. Diaz enjoys traveling, baking and spending time with her family.

Roland Garrison, Third Grade Co-Teacher

Mr. Garrison received his B.A. from The College of New Rochelle and his MS Ed in Childhood General and Special Education from Bank Street College of Education. For the past two years, he taught third grade at The Packer Collegiate Institute in Brooklyn Heights. Mr.Garrisonis a career changer who was a Staff Sergeant in The United States Army. Additionally, Mr. Garrison worked in the fashion industry at Saks Fifth Ave in New York City. Mr. Garrison's life's philosophy is to be a life long learner, and to remain teachable. His students define him as firm but approachable.

Stacia Williams, Third Grade Co-Teacher

Ms. Williams received her B.A. in Education and History from Nyack College. She is currently completing her Master’s in Special Education at Lehman College. She would like to further her education at Teachers College Columbia University in Educational Leadership. This is her fifth year teaching, and first year at Harlem Link. She has been to every state in America, she loves to ride on roller coasters, and loves the beach but has never been in the water.
